Swim Further and Faster in Open Water
This four-part video series is designed to help you optimise your front crawl performance in open water. It covers technique, adaptations for open water, pacing, racing skills and how to create your own training plan.
Each part is between 30 and 40 minutes long. We recommend you leave a few days between watching each section to give yourself a chance to put the ideas into practice.
I orginally created this course to deliver live for Outdoor Swimmer. We now sell it at outdoorswimmercourse.com but have included it here free for Renaissance Swimmer Club members.
Please also scroll to the bottom for additional reading material and homework!
