Sign up for Renaissance Swimmer’s 16 self-paced lessons and practical challenges. These are designed to help you become a more knowledgeable, confident, and joyful all-round swimmer – both in the pool and outdoors.

A single payment of £29.95 will give you full and permanent access to the Renaissance Swimmer course content, which will give you a deep understanding of swimming and how you can improve across all strokes, distances and water types.

(2) Renaissance Swimmer Club

Become part of a community of like-minded swimmers. Club membership costs £15 per month and includes monthly swimming-themed group Zoom calls with Renaissance Swimmer creator Simon Griffiths, a community WhatsApp group, monthly challenges and exclusive bonus content.

Renaissance Swimmer was created by Simon Griffiths, founder and publisher of Outdoor Swimmer magazine, and author of Swim Wild & Free, A Practical Guide to Swimming Outdoors 365 Days a Year. Simon is an accomplished masters and outdoor swimmer and was part of the team that created the STA Open Water Coaching qualification.
