Foundations for Better Swimming is an introduction to the Renaissance Swimmer System. It gives you the key concepts, mindset and structure that make long-term progress possible, with ideas you can implement immediately.

While there are very few quick fixes in swimming, it’s possible to enjoy years of progress, development and faster swimming, but you need a framework to work within.

The Renaissance Swimmer System is the approach I’ve used over the past 25 years to swim faster at 59 than ever before. “Foundations” gives you the key concepts in 30 minutes.
